Todd Barbour, President

Todd’s career started as a CPA in public practice. After 7 years, he moved into the construction software business as a consultant, manager, and partner with a leading Timberline Solution Provider. In his 5 years with this firm, Todd was involved in more than 100 successful implementations for all types of construction and real estate companies.

Todd started Barbour Consulting in 2002 to provide high level business and technology consulting services to the construction and real estate industry. He wanted to focus on the needs of companies who had already implemented their main software systems but wanted to get the most out of their software investment. He observed that clients wanted a few simple things that were not common in the industry: A long term relationship with experienced consultants who know their business and industry, are easy to work with, and who give them the attention they deserve. We believe that the growth of Barbour Consulting from a handful of clients to more than 100 today exclusively from referrals can be attributed to our attention to these ideas.

The addition of software and portal development services, innovative new products, and expansion into new vertical markets has been an important step to further meet the needs of our clients while not sacrificing the quality of our service.

In addition to his Timberline more than 10 years of Timberline experience, Todd is a specialist in Business Process Consulting and Report and Dashboard development.
